Job DescriptionThe Creative Director for Bose Luxury brings passion, vision, and leadership to crafting luxury storytelling that reflects the sophistication of our high-end products. This role is responsible for elevating luxury communications , developing elevated and desirable brand worlds for luxury consumers & advisors - serving as a creative guide for engaging discerning consumers, and attracting top talent. Working closely with internal partners and external agencies, the Creative Director will define how Bose Luxury is represented through elegant design, aspirational content, refined advertising, and immersive experiences. They will lead a team of creatives to deliver compelling narratives and distinctive communications across digital and traditional luxury channels, ensuring every touchpoint embodies the exclusivity and craftsmanship of the Bose Luxury brands (McIntosh, Sonus faber, Sumiko) .
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and inspire creative outputs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Partner with Marketing Strategy, Media, Sales, Partners, and Dealers (Resellers) to deliver effective creative across all channels .
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, editorial voice, and visual expression.
- Present creative concepts persuasively and clearly to stakeholders.
- Apply consumer insights to communications and articulate creative rationale.
- Oversee product imagery and content for site, apps, and partner platforms.
- Provide creative direction to partners, sponsors, and influencers on content creation.
- Review and interpret creative briefs and guide the team's work product.
- Ensure cohesive creative execution across online and offline channels.
- Foster a strong creative culture and recruit exceptional talent.
- Support career development of creative team members and inspire high performance.
- Champion world-class creative experiences and represent the voice of the customer.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Creative Strategy: Connect consumer insights to creative platforms that resonate across mediums.
- Creative Direction: Provide clear, compelling feedback to internal teams and agencies.
- Agency Partnerships: Collaborate effectively with production companies and creative firms.
- Concept Development: Drive innovative ideas and emotionally resonant communications.
- Luxury Expertise: Experience working with global luxury brands, luxury markets, consumers, events and media
- Leadership: Skilled in team management and fostering collaboration toward shared goals.
- Customer Experience: Deep understanding of what drives consumer engagement.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current on cultural and industry trends.
Education & Experience
- 15+ years of creative experience, with at least 3 years leading creative teams.
- Proven experience managing people and creative processes.
- Global experience and a diversity mindset.

The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of New York, New York is: $181,000-$248,800.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
