About the Role & Team
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, resilient, and adaptable Executive Assistant (EA) to support an executive leader. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to have impact on an organization, and support a leader driving change, business transformation, and scale. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the leader's effectiveness, managing key projects, and facilitating communication across the organization.
Regular domestic and international travel is required.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to an executive leader, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and events.
- Support the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and gather information to inform executive decision-making.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Participate in and occasionally lead special projects with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a culture carrier and thought partner, gradually taking on more strategic duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience supporting an executive leader(s)
- Effective project management experience
- Demonstrated interest in executive operations or strategy career path
- Expert knowledge for technology tools and systems
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including internationally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated interest in leadership, business operations, or project management is a plus.
- Experience with productivity tools.
- To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Capella Employees must be a U.S. citizen, lawful U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce, as applicable. Compensation
The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $77,639 - $120,068. The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.
