Job Title:
IT Business Systems Analyst II

Overview:

The IT Business Systems Analyst II applies analytical techniques to guide IT and business teams in resolving technical and project implementation deliverables for medium to complex projects. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and recommending solutions to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners to align solutions with business needs.
  • Support moderate to complex business processes, including technical design and integration.
  • Serve as liaison between business and IT, gathering and analyzing data.
  • Develop system documentation: requirements, design documents, process flows, use cases, integration flows, data flows, project plans, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Lead assessment and documentation of business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, assist in UAT, and support IT solution deployment.
  • Mentor and transfer knowledge to junior team members.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience as a technical systems or business analyst.
  • Experience in developing business, functional, stakeholder, non-functional requirements, performance reports, and traceability matrices.
  • Skilled in workshops, workflow creation, and graphic representation of processes.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, project management principles, and requirements-gathering methodologies.
