Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and familiarity with salon and spa environments. Previous customer service experience highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing appointments.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing client records.
- Support management in daily administrative tasks and maintain an organized office environment.
- Utilize salon software for scheduling, inventory management, and client follow-ups.
- Engage in social media management to promote services and products effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist in retail sales to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations within the salon/spa environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred; familiarity with esthetic treatments such as botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers is a plus.
- Strong management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail sales with an emphasis on upselling products and services.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
