Position: Commercial Property Manager

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Director of Property Management / VP of Operations

Position Summary

The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for managing multiple commercial properties,

ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, maximizing financial performance, and

supporting long-term asset value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned commercial properties.
  • Maintain positive tenant relations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial reports.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for tenant relations.
  • Financial acumen for budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
  • Ensure timely collection of rents and fees.
  • Conduct regular property inspections.
  • Support leasing team with tenant retention and occupancy goals.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address tenant issues and property maintenance needs. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of commercial property management experience required.
  • Knowledge of property management software (Yardi, MRI, etc.).
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Real Estate license or CPM designation a plus.
