We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Technical Scrum Master to support our CTO & EVP and multiple agile teams during a transformative shift from on-premise infrastructure to a cloud-native environment in AWS. This in-person role will be pivotal in driving communication, technical guidance, and innovation across the organization, while ensuring that all stakeholders—from delivery teams to the board of directors—remain aligned and informed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a floater scrum master across multiple technical teams, fostering Agile best practices and supporting sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Partner directly with the CIO to support strategic initiatives, coordinate team execution, and communicate program status to executive leadership and the Board.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Facilitate the cloud transformation initiative, helping teams modernize and migrate solutions from on-premise environments to AWS.
  • Drive technical innovation, encouraging creative problem-solving and emerging technology adoption, including the integration of AI and machine learning models.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and mentoring in C#, .NET, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
  • Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all Agile ceremonies and team processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in technical environments with direct reporting to senior leadership or C-level executives.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on expertise in:
  • C# / .NET development
  • AWS architecture & migration strategies
  • AI/ML modeling and tools
  • Excellent communicator with experience preparing and delivering presentations to executive stakeholders, including board-level discussions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex technical and organizational challenges.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams within large enterprise environments.
  • Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.) strongly preferred.
