Who you are:

As a Scrum Master III - AI, you are the team facilitator, trainer and coach, bridging the needs of product management, operations, and software development. Through the use of Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, you'll be the point person responsible for helping your teams meet their Sprint goals, work through impediments, and embrace continual learning. Our scrum masters believe communication is key and strive to build relationships throughout the organization. You'll keep your teams on track and maximize productivity to speedily deliver value to our internal or external customers with our signature all-win approach in mind.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure they follow Scrum framework values and agile practices
• Facilitate decision-making processes and eliminate team impediments to support digital initiatives
• Mentor and motivate development teams to optimize processes and increase productivity
• Design and lead workshops to educate and advocate for Scrum framework values and agile practices
• Inspire individual growth by coaching team members to be self-organizing and accountable
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:

• 6+ years of experience on multi-disciplinary and/or a software development teams with at least 4 years as a Scrum Master
• This role goes beyond conventional SDLC frameworks and requires someone who thrives in an environment of experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and lead team through non-traditional development cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to support dynamic teams, candidate will be working on AI and other cutting-edge projects, while not requiring deep technical expertise in AI.
• Experience in highly innovative, evolving product environments.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate the agile vision and innovative practices
• Demonstrated proficiency of versatile agile methodologies (beyond just one set of practices)Proven ability to manage and mentor development teams effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively present ideas and facilitate discussions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
