Microsoft 365 Copilot is transforming productivity by combining large language models (LLMs) with your data in the Microsoft Graph and the M365 apps millions rely on daily.


This role is in the Office AI org which is central to the development of M365 Copilot, and where we design and deliver AI-native experiences in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll help ensure the features and capabilities we're building meet customer demands, work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on how people are using these capabilities in the real world, and drive our target setting, tracking, and reporting process for metrics that Office AI is responsible for.

This role is for someone passionate about modeling and tracking measures of user success, eager to collaborate across disciplines, and motivated to help shape the future of AI-powered productivity. You will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making relating to the Office and M365 Copilot business, and ensuring impactful and measurable outcomes for shared Copilot features being delivered across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more.
