What you'll do

  • Deliver outstanding hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs
  • Utilize your knowledge of hair extensions and color theory to create stunning looks that leave clients feeling fabulous
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations
  • Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments
  • Upsell retail products and services to enhance client experiences and boost sales

Basic qualifications

  • Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state law
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members

Preferred qualifications

  • Having own clientele is a PLUS
  • Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating positive client experiences
