As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and responding promptly to any concerns. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor the site for any suspicious behavior and report security-related incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders as needed, maintaining clear communication during incidents.
• Maintain awareness of site-specific protocols and technology systems relevant to a technology and telecommunications environment.
• Document observations and incidents in detailed reports following Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Act 235 Qualification is required for positions located in Pennsylvania.
• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must have access control or badge experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
