The Marketing Manager plays a key part in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives. The position is responsible for supporting campaign research and strategy development, while leading the execution and project management of integrated marketing campaigns.

As a collaborative and proactive team member, this individual frequently leads cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing efforts. The role also oversees the implementation of B2B and D2C marketing tactics across owned channels, including—but not limited to—email, blog, and third-party brand pages.

Additionally, the position partners closely with the Senior Marketing Director to identify, evaluate, and activate new marketing channels that drive brand growth and engagement.

  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Director to support departmental development and process improvement initiatives 
  • Lead the execution of 360° marketing campaigns for the U.S. division, including—but not limited to—corporate image initiatives, brand awareness, product launches, promotions, and product education
  • Ensure campaign consistency across departments and tactics, maintaining alignment with brand standards and strategic goals
  • Oversee project management for marketing initiatives, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, key milestones, and timelines. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams and external vendors (as needed), managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring smooth communication
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously with attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines
  • Support decision-making around project prioritization and resource allocation to mitigate risks and maximize impact
  • Analyze campaign and project performance to identify opportunities for optimization, increased engagement, and improved ROI
  • Create post-campaign reports by gathering performance data from internal teams and platforms, compiling insights into a clear and actionable summary. This includes tracking key metrics, identifying trends, and supporting future campaign optimization efforts
  • Provide support to team members by identifying solutions, assisting with tasks, and contributing to training and development efforts
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Director to explore and implement new marketing channels and tactics that expand the company's reach
  • Manage the content calendar and deployment process for email campaigns, coordinating with content creators and designers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Oversee the blog's publishing schedule, project managing the creation of content & ensuring it is uploaded, formatted, and maintained according to brand guidelines (note: this role does not require copywriting or designing blog content)
  • Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all marketing materials by reviewing content for correct product information, pricing, and branding. This includes routing materials for approval, proofreading for quality assurance

Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 8 or more years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on cross-functional project management and campaign execution
  • Proven experience collaborating with in-house creative teams or external agencies to deliver marketing assets
  • Familiarity with managing owned marketing channels (e.g., email platforms, CMS/blog tools)
  • Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns and working with cross-departmental stakeholders'
  • Experience tracking and managing marketing budgets across campaigns or departments
