Our work environment includes:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Entry-level degree and candidacy for Texas occupational therapy licensure required.
  • New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to work with both pediatric and adult populations.
  • SIGN-ON BONUS PROVIDED FOR FULL-TIME

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide patient care by assessing and developing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote independence through therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including discharge planning and care plans.
  • Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform treatment strategies, particularly for individuals with disabilities and geriatrics.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients and families, including bilingual support when necessary.

  • Monday to Friday
