Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment and contribute to the success of our store.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products

  • Provide product knowledge and information to customers

  • Assist customers in making purchasing decisions

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

  • Build and maintain customer relationships

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail stores is preferred but not needed.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong ability to sell and persuade customers

  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Bilingual is not needed but preferred

  • Experience with Adobe or Photoshop is not needed but preferred

  • Must be able to work weekends when needed.
