Job Description:

Henderson Behavioral Health, a nationally recognized leader in behavioral healthcare, is seeking Full Time and Part Time Psychiatrists to join our team and to work with us within a culture of innovation, compassion, and excellence in service delivery. Positions are available to work with adults or youth, as well as outpatient or inpatient settings, in Broward, Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast. The ideal candidates must be board certified, have the ability to work with all levels of staff, excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding clinical experience and training and an openness and curiosity around technology and its role in service provision.

Application Question(s):

  • Do you have at least 5–10 years of post-residency clinical experience in psychiatric settings?
  • Do you have a strong background in community mental health, crisis stabilization, outpatient, or inpatient psychiatric care?
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and those with co-occurring substance use disorders?
  • Prior experience in a leadership role, such as Chief Psychiatrist, Medical Director, or Supervising Psychiatrist?
  • Familiarity with healthcare administration, budgeting, program development, and policy implementation?
  • Experience with performance improvement, clinical quality assurance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Joint Commission, DCF standards)?
  • Are you able to pass a level II background check?

  • Master's (Required)

Experience:
