Attensi is a global leader in gamified simulation training, founded in Norway in 2012. Our solutions are used in over 150 countries and 50 languages by brands like Circle K, YMCA, Starbucks, IHOP, Panera, and PwC.

Our team includes over 200 Game Changers across Oslo, London, Cologne, and now Boston - where we've built a team of nearly 30 and recently moved into our first private office at The Hub on Causeway by North Station/TD Garden.

Recognized by
Fast Company
as one of the
World's Most Innovative Companies
, and by
Built In Boston
and the
Boston Business Journal
as one of the
Best Places to Work
, we're proud of our culture - and we're just getting started.

SENIOR PEOPLE MANAGER, ATTENSI U.S.

Yes, our Game Changers are driven by world-class products that create real impact and wow-experiences for our customers. But what truly sets us apart is our open, playful, and impact-oriented culture - and the opportunity to work with sharp, talented, and genuinely kind people who push the envelope every day.

We're looking for a
Senior People Manager
to help build a workplace that's not just high performing, but also exceptionally engaging and fun. You'll be at the heart of our Boston culture, partnering with local leaders and global colleagues to hire, onboard, and support talented people to perform at their best.

Your closest stakeholders will be the General Manager of Attensi US and the rest of the U.S. senior leadership team. You'll also work closely with our global People team in London and Oslo to ensure alignment and collaboration across recruitment and HR initiatives.

What will you be doing?

This is a broad and hands-on role across the full employee lifecycle. You'll thrive here if you're action-oriented, enjoy building from the ground up, enjoy fast pace, and want to make a real impact.

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Lead hiring for our Boston team, focusing on commercial roles (Sales, Account Management, Customer Success). Partner with hiring managers and external recruiters to attract top talent.
  • Onboarding & Development
: Own the onboarding experience for new hires in U.S, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and energizing start. You'll work closely with managers and the global People team to support development and growth.
  • Culture & Engagement:
Be a champion for the Attensi culture. Plan and lead team-building activities, social events, and rituals that bring people together and make work fun.
  • People Operations:
You'll keep the wheels turning behind the scenes, managing payroll and benefits through our PEO partner, coordinating expenses, handling PFML leave logistics.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with the VP People, local leaders, and the global People team to align on strategy, share best practices, and contribute to company-wide initiatives.

Who are you?

You're passionate about the role the People team plays in driving business success and thrive in environments where you can make a real impact through action, no matter the task or initiative. You're quick to roll up your sleeves, dive into challenges, and find solutions. The right person for Attensi embraces ownership and thrives in a company where #Superfast is more than a value - it's how we operate.

  • 5-8 years' work experience, and 3-5 years' experience from recruitment work -either agency side or in-house. Ideally with exposure to commercial roles within B2B tech environments like ours.
  • Experienced in running recruitment processes end-to-end, in sourcing heavy roles and driving recruitment processes forward.
  • Experience managing operational processes like payroll, travel, and benefits (PEO experience is a plus)
  • Proven success in managing direct and/or indirect team members to deliver to cross-functional initiatives
  • Structured, proactive, and solution oriented. You get things done and keep things moving
  • A clear communicator who builds trust and relationships easily
  • High energy, hands-on, and excited to shape something meaningful
  • Passionate about people, culture, and Business Performance

What we offer:

This is a key role with real influence over how we grow and operate. You'll work closely with high-performing, talented leaders (with excellent banter) and have plenty of room to shape your day-to-day work.

At Attensi, you'll join a fast-growing scale-up that's already a global leader in its field. We offer a flat, open, and inclusive environment where smart, driven people from diverse backgrounds come together to do great work and have fun doing it.

We're serious about growth, yours and ours. You'll have opportunities to develop your role over time and take on exciting challenges in a dynamic, ambitious company.

We also believe in playing together. Our Boston office hosts regular social activities like Attensi-days, sporting events, after-work drinks, game nights, and company trips to our London and Oslo offices.
