We are currently seeking a
Aftermarket Sales Specialist
who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it

Salary Range:
65K – 70K (salary offer commensurate with experience)

At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to:

  • Market and expand penetration of products/services into new and existing markets through direct contact or agent/distributor networks.
  • Renew and strengthen customer and distributor relationships to increase exposure to the installed base.
  • Follow up strategically on inquiries, quotes, proposals, and survey results to improve hit rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Aftermarket and Sales Teams to provide tailored products, applications, services, and engineering solutions.
  • Participate in strategic planning, marketing, forecasting, customer visits, presentations, and trade shows as required.
  • Prepare and submit timely documentation, including travel plans, customer correspondence, expense reports, and inquiry data sheets.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information in Sales Force for open quotes.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to sell value using available resources.
  • Identify new uses and applications for company products with current and prospective customers.
  • Develop individual sales strategies for each account to optimize bookings.
  • Provide post-order project support, both internally and externally.
  • Collect and report business intelligence on territory operations, product acceptance, and competitive conditions.
  • Entertain customers within company guidelines as needed.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting to meet company sales objectives.
  • Assist Aftermarket Team with part identification, spare parts lists, quote generation, and promotional activities.
  • Assist Accounting Dept. as needed with collections.

At Fives Landis Corp. and under the direction of the Aftermarket Parts Manager, you will join the Aftermarket team.
