Job description:

  • The Quality Business Analyst/Project Coordinator ensures accuracy and consistency in client onboarding processes.
  • Key responsibilities include reviewing project documentation, validating data across sources, creating metrics, streamlining workflows, and identifying risks for proactive mitigation.
  • This role may also support onboarding tasks such as user setup, procedure updates, and documentation.

Experience Required:

  • 1–3 years in project coordination or support
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting project managers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
