We are seeking a motivated and results-driven AT&T Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Perform product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
  • Engage in upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  • Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective account management.
  • Strong skills in upselling techniques and lead generation strategies.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with clients' needs.
  • Experience in sales environments is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer behavior.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
