You'll perform daily distribution duties while maintaining strict compliance with pharmaceutical safety standards and Standard Operating Procedures. The role involves operating material handling equipment, supporting document management and data entry for performance tracking, and collaborating with your team to identify operational improvements and develop action plans that enhance warehouse efficiency and product quality.What your day-to-day will look like:Support shipping and receiving activities for drug product distribution as well as support warehouse activities for inventory management.Support document revisions. Support data gathering or entry for daily reports or performance tracking tools.Performs day to day distribution duties in a safe and compliant manner.Follows Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Work.Works with team to identify issues and help in develop action plans that drive improved performance.Recommends document improvement or changes to operational procedures as necessary.Responsible for completing training on assigned tasks prior to due date.Report any condition that can impact product quality or safety to management.Stop executing any assigned tasks in the event of safety or quality concern.Required Qualifications:High school diploma/GED.Experience working within a warehouse and/or with material/inventory.2+ years of material handling equipment experience (Reach Truck, Order Picker, Walkie Rider).Aptitude to follow pre-determined SOPs and willingness to learn about industry-specific documentation practices.Ability to establish rapport with team members through good communication and positive attitude.Preferred Qualifications:Associate's degree and 2 years of Warehouse and/or Material experienceExperience working in a warehouse environment (pharmaceuticals or biotechnology)Basic knowledge of warehouse inventory management, SAP and Microsoft OfficeUnderstand and carry out to Department of Transportation (DOT) and international shipping requirements (IATA)Understanding of Good Distribution Practices or willing to learnKnowledgeable of Cold Chain distribution requirementPossess and exhibit good attention to detail.Able to work standing, walking, or, moving around offices, work site; crouching, or other non-sitting working positions; lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy objects with appropriate industrial equipment.Ability to comfortably lift 30lbs and stand most of shift.Controlled temperature environment.Work week: 10-hour shifts 4 days weekly (Monday - Thursday) Flexibility to support operations on occasional Friday/Saturday.Location: OnsiteWork Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-7pm (10 hour shift); With flexibility to support operations on occasional Friday/SaturdaysCompensation: $23-25 per hour, based on experienceLocation:On-site –Louisville, KYIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
