Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated
Analyst, Product Development
to execute complex initiatives that implement and support product and pricing strategies across e-commerce and ticketing platforms. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and process improvement skills to ensure efficient, accurate, and scalable product launches.

The ideal candidate will learn and leverage new software systems (e.g., SAP Commerce, Horizon ticketing system) and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing & Sales, Digital & Technology, Finance, Loss Prevention, and Operations—to develop repeatable solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement new systems across environments, working with Digital & Technology, vendors, and Quality Engineering. Troubleshoot and remediate issues to ensure proper functionality.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of new systems, escalate defects with detailed documentation, and validate solutions for accuracy and reliability.
  • Analyze product launch processes to identify efficiency improvements, and develop automation solutions using APIs, SQL, Visual Basic, Python, or similar tools.
  • Participate in requirement gathering sessions with cross-functional teams to design and implement system solutions, ensuring proper documentation for the Knowledge Base.
  • Support onboarding and training on new software systems, creating detailed guides, videos, and learning materials for ongoing team use.
  • Develop standards for system usage to ensure consistency and accuracy across global teams, leveraging prior learnings for continuous improvement.
  • Support Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience with large-scale admission ticketing systems (e.g., Horizon, Galaxy), including:

  • 2+ years leveraging APIs and programming (Visual Basic, Python) to automate manual/repetitive processes.

  • 1+ year in system setup/configuration.

  • 1+ year experience with enterprise-level e-commerce systems (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud, HCL Commerce).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, relational databases, and SQL.

  • Understanding of financial processes such as debits/credits and deferred revenue preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
  • Flexible and quick to adapt to new technologies and processes.
