About:

Our client is a fast-growing real estate development firm seeking a
Real Estate Development Analyst
. This role supports the Director of Development across the full project lifecycle, with an initial focus on financial modeling, research, and market analysis. As skills grow, responsibilities will expand to broader aspects of development and operations.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly driven, entrepreneurial minded individual to make a direct impact on a growing portfolio of real estate developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Support development team on project pursuit, predevelopment, and development
  • Handle financial analysis of acquisitions and development opportunities, build and maintain financial models, create and run pro formas, and analyze cash flows and returns
  • Conduct market research and interpret real estate trends to support acquisition and development decisions
  • Assist with due diligence and underwriting assumptions for acquisitions and capitalizations
  • Support active projects through budget tracking, schedule monitoring, and reporting
  • Prepare investment materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or similar
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in real estate or finance
  • Strong financial modeling, pro forma creation, and market research skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
