In-Home Sales Consultant / Designer
Join our nationwide winning team Kitchen Tune-Up is one of the most established kitchen remodeling companies in the United States and has been in business for over 35 years. With 5 ways to update your Kitchen, we offer our proprietary Tune-Up, Cabinet painting, Cabinet Re-Dooring, Cabinet Refacing, brand new custom kitchen cabinets and design, countertops, backsplashes, and kitchen accessories.

As a local company we are experiencing tremendous growth and are seeking an In-Home Sales Consultants to provide Kitchen Solutions to homeowners throughout the SW Virginia region. You will earn a competitive commission and work with a great team of people  As one of the Kitchen Tune-Up Sales Professionals that interact with the customer you will be responsible for representing Kitchen Tune-Up in the home, demonstrating our products and leaving the customer with an exceptional experience throughout the sales consultation & design process.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the ambassador and personality of the Kitchen Tune-Up brand and our live by our Customer Service Trust Points.

  • Commit to the Kitchen Tune-Up process.
  • Deliver an exceptional in home experience from initial point of contact through sales and installation.
  • Schedule in-home kitchen appointments from provided leads.
  • Business casual dress code / no blue jeans.
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 5 years in-home, business to consumer commissioned sales experience.
  • Kitchen Designer experience a plus
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • Passion for sales and people
  • Positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn, train and grow
  • Must be reliable
  • Highly effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must be willing to drive to Lynchburg, Blacksburg, Lexington, SML and surrounding communities.
  • Must be willing to work 1 Saturday per month
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check


Compensation: $30, $100,000.00 per year
