HR Operating Model & Business Case Consultant (Contract)
Remote | Client-Facing | HCM System Selection Project
We're looking for a skilled HR consultant to join our team for an HCM system selection and HR transformation engagement. In this role, you'll help define the client's future-state HR operating model and lead the development of the business case that supports technology and operating model decisions.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate and synthesize stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Support design of the new HR operating model, including process, roles, and service delivery.
- Build a robust business case, including financial modeling and qualitative benefits.
- Work closely with RFP authors and technology analysts to ensure alignment across streams.
- Develop executive-ready deliverables that inform client decision-making.
What You Bring
- 5–10+ years in HR consulting, HR transformation, or HR operations.
- Experience with HR service delivery models and HCM technology.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to articulate ROI and value.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
