Job Summary

PwC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in AI/ML and Large Language Model (LLM) implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have 6–7 years of business analysis experience and a proven track record in managing or contributing to data-driven, AI-focused digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful delivery of AI/LLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to define and document business requirements for LLM and AI/ML solutions.
  • Translate business objectives into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process assessments for AI and LLM integration into existing business workflows.
  • Partner with product and project management teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support data and model lifecycle documentation — including data sourcing, model training, validation, and deployment workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and sprint planning meetings to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI-driven tools and technologies that align with business needs.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards during LLM implementation.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or consulting environments.
  • Proven hands-on experience in AI/ML or LLM (Large Language Model) project delivery, either as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, prompt engineering concepts, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, process modeling, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to create detailed documentation (BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows).
  • Experience working with data platforms, APIs, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Prior consulting experience with PwC, Big 4, or large enterprise clients is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with GenAI applications, chatbots, RAG pipelines, or prompt optimization.
  • Exposure to AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe) is advantageous.
