Administrative Assistant — Real Estate Development

About Us
We're a fast-growing, family-owned real estate investment and development company with projects across New England — including multifamily ground-up construction, large-scale renovations, and long-term property management. Our team manages every part of the process in-house, from construction to property management and leasing.
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support ownership and help keep our busy businesses running smoothly.
What You'll Do
You'll work directly with the owners and leadership team, handling both executive support and office management responsibilities.
No two days are the same — you might be preparing reports for an investor meeting one moment, organizing project files for a new construction site the next, and coordinating a travel schedule after that.
Some Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and site visits
- Provide daily support to ownership and leadership team across multiple active projects.
- Draft and send professional correspondence, proposals, and internal updates.
- Organizing project and company files (both digital and physical)
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an organized and efficient workspace.
- Assisting with contract organization and project documentation
- Helping plan company meetings and team events
Who You Are
- You have experience supporting or managing office operations — ideally in real estate, construction, or development.
- You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You communicate clearly and professionally (both written and verbal).
- You're tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or project/accounting platforms
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Base Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
