Our expertise includes tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll management, insurance support, and property administration. We are expanding our client support team and seeking a Client Relations Manager who is passionate about helping clients succeed and ensuring exceptional service experiences.
Position Overview:
The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting client retention. This individual will collaborate closely with our tax, accounting, and administrative teams to deliver efficient, friendly, and professional service. The position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing all communication and service coordination.
- Develop a thorough understanding of company services to confidently explain offerings to clients.
- Schedule appointments, follow up on service inquiries, and manage customer accounts.
- Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate client records in company systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met on time and accurately.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement improvement strategies as needed.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying and referring potential cross-service opportunities.
- Support marketing or outreach initiatives to maintain client engagement throughout the year.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client relations, business support, or customer success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional, courteous, and proactive approach to customer interactions.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, or database management systems.
