Job Description Summary
Responsible for providing marketing and sales for the organization while establishing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources and customers. As a sales representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop and sustain relationships with key referral sources like hospitals, clinics, and community organizations, ensuring Home Health Care, Inc. is top-of-mind.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent us at community events, networking functions, and professional conferences to increase visibility and reach.
- Educational Outreach: Conduct presentations to raise awareness about home care benefits, creating lasting community engagement.
- Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless experience for clients referred to our services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or Health care professional.
- Industry Experience: 2+ years in community outreach, sales, or marketing—ideally in home care or healthcare.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to connect with diverse groups, from medical professionals to potential clients.
- Self-Motivated and Independent: Proven track record of working autonomously while remaining aligned with team objectives.
