About the Role:*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to join our Sales Support Team. In this role, you will analyze sales data to identify pricing opportunities, optimize profitability, and support the development of pricing strategies. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Services, Commercial, and Supply Strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities:*

  • Maintain and develop pricing models in compliance with company procedures.
  • Manage customer and pricing master data in SAP for accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Prepare regular KPIs to measure price and margin performance.
  • Maintain tools for presenting price lists to customers.
  • Analyze negative or fragile margin transactions and work to eliminate unexpected occurrences.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor prices to inform pricing strategies.
  • Track the evolution of product, component, packaging, and variable costs.
  • Host Pricing Committee meetings and share information to support pricing decisions.
  • Provide management with updates on the maturity of our pricing system in the USA.
  • Perform required safety checks and HSE observations.

Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and complex data.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial staff.
