Internal Project Manager

If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your technical career, we have an opportunity for you as an Internal Project Manager based in our Stafford, TX location. The Internal Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the implementation and execution of project orders (Tier II & Tier III). This includes having a complete understanding of the project scope and requirements while also having ownership for timely delivery and profitability. The Internal Project Manager, residing at the factory, is the local resource on the project team that coordinates with PMO, operations and all supporting departments.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead and coordinate large-scale, complex, and multi-national projects , ensuring successful execution across all phases.
- Lead and be responsible for the Project Production Master Schedule , aligning production timelines and execution strategies with project goals.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure alignment on key achievements, including customer PO dates, inspection schedules, and documentation approvals.
- Facilitate internal and external communication , including kick-off and pre-inspection meetings, to ensure clarity and alignment across collaborators.
- Provide continuous updates and progress reports , maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project close-out activities , contribute to change order processes, and participate in pursuit phase discussions, including lead-time commitments.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- BA or BS Degree or Equivalent (5+ plus years of experience)
- Experience related to Project Management
2-3 years direct Project experience OR 5 years Engineering To Order or Customer or Engineering experiences
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial are highly preferred fields.
