Who you are:

As a Mortgage Loan Advisor I, you our application expert In this role, you will assist our customers and educate them about our mortgage application process. Your goal is to provide recommendations that will help our potential clients achieve their financial objectives. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing so with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.

What you'll do:

  • Educate customers about the mortgage application process and lead conversations to assist prospective borrowers in determining their financial objectives
  • Assist customers in completing applications to optimize high quality customer service throughout the mortgage department
  • Collaborate with processors and underwriters to streamline mortgage processes and to create an exceptional customer experience
  • Utilize mortgage programs and technology to maintain and facilitate transactions and to meet regulatory loan documentation requirements
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:

  • Customer relations experience at a financial institution
  • Ability to maintain a up to $12 million in annual loan production
  • Basic understanding of the mortgage loan process
  • NMLS license; the ability to transfer license to Frost or obtain license within 60 days
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
