Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based position — you are your own boss, with the freedom to manage your own schedule and business. There are no monthly fees, and agents earn a high split, sharing only a small percentage with the broker per transaction.

The ideal candidate has a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market, whether they are buying, selling, or renting properties. This role requires strong negotiation skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of real estate laws and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance and support.
  • Conduct market research to determine property values and identify potential listings.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively through various channels.
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers or renters.
  • Organize open houses and property showings to attract prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.

Qualifications

  • Must have $5 million+ a year in verified real estate sales experience or a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Active real estate license (or ability to obtain one).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and best practices.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Projected Total Compensation: $25, $100,000.00 per year
