Job Description:
As an Office Clerk for our company in Los Angeles, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the administrative needs of our team. You will perform various clerical tasks and assist with office organization to facilitate efficient workflow and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to replenish stock.
- Provide support for scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls, and coordinate room reservations as required.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external distribution.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Serve as a point of contact for visitors and clients, greeting guests, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
