The firm specializes in the acquisition, renovation, and management of institutional-quality multifamily assets throughout the Southeastern United States, while also operating a complementary real estate lending platform that provides short-term, asset-backed financing to investors and developers.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial investment firm at a pivotal stage of expansion. The successful candidate will play a central role in sourcing new equity relationships, managing investor communications, and driving capital formation initiatives across the firm's multifamily and lending vehicles.

The Investor Relations & Capital Raising Manager will report directly to senior leadership and work cross-functionally with the investment, finance, and marketing teams to grow and institutionalize the firm's investor base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead outreach to prospective investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, registered investment advisors, and institutional partners.
  • Build and manage a robust investor pipeline through consistent engagement, follow-up, and relationship management.
  • Present and articulate the firm's investment strategies, performance metrics, and value proposition across both the multifamily and credit platforms.
  • Support fundraising efforts by preparing offering materials, pitch decks, investor communications, and due diligence materials.
  • Maintain and optimize the firm's CRM system ensuring accurate tracking of investor interactions, commitments, and reporting.
  • Partner with the investment and finance teams to prepare quarterly investor updates, portfolio performance summaries, and reporting deliverables.
  • Coordinate investor events, conferences, and private meetings domestically and internationally.
  • Monitor investor sentiment, market trends, and competitor fundraising activity to provide actionable feedback to leadership.
  • Represent the firm professionally across industry functions, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or fundraising within real estate private equity, real estate finance, or other alternative investments.
  • Demonstrated success in originating and closing equity commitments from HNWIs, family offices, or institutional capital partners.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to sophisticated investor audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple relationships and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and investor tracking processes.
  • Solid analytical understanding of real estate investment fundamentals able to interpret proformas, returns, and capital structures.
  • Collaborative mindset with an entrepreneurial approach and enthusiasm for real estate investing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field required.
