Propolis is a vertically integrated real estate development and property management firm, specializing in high-density, mid-rise (3–8 story) residential buildings. We focus on developing aspirational yet attainable housing on urban infill lots, striving to set a new standard for efficient, community-driven living.

With six operational properties and over ten projects in various stages of development, we combine coliving, micro-units, long-term leases, and short-term rentals through a unique residential-hospitality hybrid model. All of our fully furnished apartments (with utilities included) offer significant cost savings to young professionals—often $200–$300 less per month compared to traditional studios in the same neighborhoods. In turn, our investors enjoy superior returns, even in prime real estate markets.

As we enter an accelerated growth phase, we are seeking a motivated, experienced Investment Sales Manager to help expand our investor base and scale our capital-raising efforts.

Position Overview:

The Investment Sales Manager will spearhead equity fundraising initiatives for Propolis' real estate developments. This role involves sourcing, engaging, and closing high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and institutional investors, driving capital commitments for both new and ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies for real estate development projects.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with accredited investors, family offices, and private wealth managers.
  • Conduct compelling investor presentations, webinars, and personalized meetings.
  • Collaborate with the executive team on structuring investment offerings and establishing capital raise targets.
  • Manage the full investor pipeline and provide leadership with regular progress updates.
  • Create high-quality pitch decks, offering memoranda, and ongoing investor communications.
  • Represent Propolis at industry events, conferences, and exclusive networking functions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in real estate capital raising, investment sales, or private equity.
  • Track record of successfully raising capital from private investors or institutions.
  • Existing network of accredited investors, or demonstrated ability to build a strong investor base.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of real estate investment structures, including preferred equity, joint ventures, and syndications.
  • Fluency in Russian is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
  • Base Salary: Commensurate with experience
