We're working with BNY on this exciting opportunity.
This role offers a unique chance to define and drive the marketing data and analytics strategy for a global financial services leader, impacting nearly 20% of the world's investable assets. You'll build and mentor a high-performing team, championing insights-informed decisions across the organization and leveraging cutting-edge AI and technology to redefine the future of finance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive a unified marketing data & analytics strategy that delivers growth and boosts operational efficiency.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing analytics team, fostering professional development and a collaborative culture.
• Champion a culture of insights-informed decisions across Marketing & Communications by acting as a consultative partner.
• Maintain and enhance our marketing data foundation, with rigor in data collection, quality, management, and governance.
• Partner with marketing leaders to define comprehensive marketing measurement frameworks and set KPIs aligned to business objectives.
• Design, implement, and continuously refine multi-touch attribution models, media mix plans, and testing frameworks.
What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, data science, or digital marketing with leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in people leadership, talent development, team building, and contributing to an overall growth culture.
• Deep expertise in multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, campaign ROI frameworks, and testing/optimization roadmaps.
• Expertise in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Snowflake, Adobe Analytics).
• Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, with strong business acumen and a consultative mindset.
