Our centralized scheduling team plays a vital role in helping families access compassionate, high-quality care with ease.

About the Role:

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English), dependable, and career-focused team member to join our centralized patient scheduling department. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity ideal for someone who takes pride in helping families and wants to grow professionally within a stable organization.

We are seeking candidates who are available full-time, Monday–Friday, and looking to grow with the company long-term. This role is not well-suited for individuals with conflicting commitments such as school schedules or short-term availability.

You'll be part of a supportive, in-office team, where the focus is on warmth, accuracy, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from patients and families in both English and Spanish
  • Schedule, update, and cancel pediatric dental and orthodontic appointments
  • Make outgoing calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and scheduling needs
  • Clearly explain visit instructions, treatment information, and office locations
  • Communicate professionally with dental office teams to coordinate scheduling needs
  • Use dental software (Denticon) to maintain accurate patient records
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) – Required
  • Previous dental, healthcare scheduling, or front office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Experience with Denticon, Dentrix, or similar dental software a plus
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to long-term growth within our organization
