We're looking for talented and motivated Lead Support Service Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will coordinate, troubleshoot, problem solve and document non-emergency medical transportation for Long Term Care and Clinical Services. Provide support to the Transition Service team and Support Services team members. Performs various administrative duties including managing of files. Assures fair distribution of work within the support services area. Serves as point person for work coming into the support services area. for performing various administrative duties including managing files, opening and closing cases in the Compass system. Other Essential Duties Performed:
- Provide administrative and customer service lead technical support to support services specialist and manages transportation service processes and provider activities
- Oversees and accesses systems and research client information, provides reports for transportation and support services
- Oversee and ensure accurate updates to electronic and hard files
- Oversee the maintenance files, and reports for consumer satisfaction of service
- Arrange for Faxes, completes software updates, and document distribution of reports as needed
- Runs program performance reports, investigates discrepancies and makes necessary corrections.
- Provides reports to supervisor and meets with team to ensure productivity and benchmarks are met.
- Oversee and accurately inputs new clients in system within the required timeline. Completes status changes as required.
- Oversee and accurately update records and transportation information in electronic and hard files.
- Performs other duties assigned
4-day work schedule:
- Must be able to work M-Th or T-F (9-hour shifts) - in person with flexible hours.
Education:
- High school diploma, associate's degree preferred, with 2+ years' experience
Experience:
- Experience in providing social service assistance to seniors and adults with disabilities
- Must have the ability to work with diverse populations
- Experience in planning and organizing is essential
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and administrative skills (i.e. clerical, typing, data entry, communication and interpersonal skills, etc.)
- Proficient in computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Knowledge and compliance with HIPPA rules
Physical Requirements:
- Remain in a stationary position 70% of the time
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery, etc. 30 lbs.
- Constantly operates a computer / phone and/or other office productivity machinery, such as copy machine, and computer printer, etc.
