About the Role

The Program Support Specialist provides essential administrative, research, and compliance support for Finity's diabetes prevention and health coaching programs based out of Petoskey, Michigan. This position ensures smooth program operations, accurate documentation, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards. The specialist also serves as the primary on-site administrative contact for Finity's Petoskey office, supporting staff coordination, office organization, and communication between remote team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary on-site administrative contact for the Petoskey office, supporting daily operations and acting as a liaison with Finity's broader organizational teams.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for diabetes prevention and other health coaching programs.
  • Assist with claims and billing administration, including data entry, reconciliation, and coordination with internal accounting and program staff.
  • Conduct and support program-related research, including data collection, tracking, and report preparation.
  • Assist with compliance operations, ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards, quality procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Prepare program reports, summaries, and performance metrics for internal review and audits.
  • Maintain and organize participant records, program files, and office documentation.
  • Support communications with participants, partners, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
  • Uphold Finity's confidentiality, professionalism, and data integrity standards at all times.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: 15–20 hours per week
  • Work Arrangement: On-site, Petoskey, Michigan
  • Compensation: $20/hr.

Requirements
