A1 Garage Door Service, the industry leader in garage door installation and repair, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Support member to assist in the daily operations of our Phoenix warehouse. This position plays a key role in maintaining warehouse organization, supporting inventory accuracy, and preparing materials for field technicians.

This is a non-driving position focused on in-house operational support, coordination, and process execution. It offers an excellent opportunity to learn about our business from the ground up and grow within our expanding supply chain organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions in accordance with company standards.

· Support inventory management activities including cycle counts, labeling, and system updates in Service Titan.

· Stage, prepare, and organize garage doors, motors, and materials for scheduled installations and service jobs.

· Assist in receiving, inspecting, and shelving incoming shipments; verify item accuracy and report discrepancies.

· Help manage vehicle restocks and returns, ensuring technicians receive the correct replenishment parts and that returns are processed accurately.

· Support fleet coordination tasks as directed (e.g., key control, inspection checklists, basic upkeep tracking).

· Communicate effectively with Warehouse Leads, Managers, and Field Operations teams to ensure smooth daily workflow.

· Participate in weekly or monthly inventory audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company procedures.

· Perform general warehouse duties as assigned, including basic facility upkeep and occasional assistance in special projects.

· Weekend work may occasionally be required based on business needs.

Required Skills & Abilities

· Basic computer literacy; ability to navigate tablets and software such as Service Titan.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical components preferred.

· Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established processes and safety protocols.

Education & Experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent required.

· Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment preferred.

· Previous garage door industry experience is a plus but not required.

· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
