We are evolving the Planner experience to be a critical component of our Copilot and Agents strategy. As a Principal Product Manager for Microsoft Planner, you will be accountable for working with research and design to define how we evolve the Planner experience for an artificial intelligence (AI) first world. You will then deliver those experiences to our millions of users to ensure we maintain our industry leadership. You will bring customer empathy to the role to ensure we help teams get their work done more effectively. Planner has a very large user base, so the role requires experience with large scale AI and software experiences.
You will orchestrate across the various roles in the Planner team to ensure we deliver innovative features that help customers get more done. This role requires deep product expertise, leadership across organizational boundaries, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals.
