We're looking for a Principal Product Manager - MAI Monetization - CRM Insights to lead the vision and execution of generating bespoke sales insights that drive incremental revenue for the business and for our end customers. This is your opportunity to transform how sales teams work with their customers and what an intentionally built sales platform can do to grow the business. This role focuses on building insights that are tailored for the Ads business to support selleradvertiser conversations. This role will continuously hunt down and refine these insights that they then will integrate into the right planning and pitching workflow in partnership with other Product Managers that operate the broader CRM and Marketing Technology ecosystem. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.ResponsibilitiesBuild out a sales intelligence platform that synthesizes, prioritizes, and delivers customer insights that integrate into relevant sales workflows, with measurable business impact.Lead product vision, strategy, and execution of roadmap for developing insights such asScaled monitoring of anomalies in customer campaign performance and predicted spend patterns that immediately notifies sellers to act with customersShare of wallet benchmarks to motivate upselling and x-selling opportunities for strategic customer conversationsCustomer conversational insights that mine all customer touchpoints to identify best practices and identify new coaching opportunities for managersPartner with UX, data science and engineering to ensure thoughtful development of new models, validation through prototypes, and measurement of impactPartner with business and finance to identify new areas of growth as the Microsoft's ads business growsQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.3+ years of Machine Learning experience and application to solve business problems.5+ years of previous product management experiencePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.6+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).8+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).8+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).3+ years experience delivering products that include Advertising technology.5+ years experience building CRM systems and working with sales organizations.Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.
