Step into the role of a Logistics and Operations Supervisor here at Aramsco. We're on the lookout for proactive and spirited team players to enhance our network across North America. With over 60 locations, we serve diverse sectors like abatement, restoration, environmental, and more.

In this position, you'll lead and refine the day-to-day activities of our warehouse operations, ensuring peak performance and precision. Central to your responsibilities are inventory management, stellar customer service, seamless paper flow, handling both domestic and international shipments, staff leadership, and maintaining a secure and safe workplace.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive leadership culture that motivates the team and promotes ongoing performance assessments.
  • Ensure unmatched accuracy in inventory records and practices.
  • Uphold superior cleanliness and condition in warehouse and shipping areas.
  • Promptly document and process incoming shipments in our Eclipse system.
  • Meticulously prepare orders as per specified instructions, ensuring every detail meets shipping criteria.
  • Oversee and streamline the loading and dispatch processes.
  • Proactively address and solve shipping discrepancies and claims.
  • Keep product locations updated and execute accurate daily cycle counts.
  • Manage and process warehouse returns efficiently.
  • Schedule staff breaks ensuring seamless operations.
  • Spearhead performance reviews, quality assurance, and training sessions for the team.
  • Create an inspiring work environment that nurtures happiness, productivity, and dedication.

Required Expertise and Abilities:

  • At least three years in a warehouse leadership position.
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree holder.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Proficient in operating Reach Trucks and Forklifts.
  • Experience in Cycle Counts and RF Scanner technology.
  • Capability to guide and manage warehouse teams and drivers.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and data input systems.
  • Communicate effectively through written and spoken word.
  • Adept at handling numerous responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Exhibit stellar organizational and multitasking talents.
  • Quick-thinking, adaptable, and eager in fast-paced environments.
  • Lead by example to drive positive, effective changes.
  • Engage professionally with both customers and co-workers.
  • Knowledgeable in local delivery and common carrier logistics.
  • Meet physical demands, regularly lifting items over 75 lbs.
