Compensation Range

Hourly: $ $24.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to train on all policies, procedures, and systems required for front-line associates to perform their jobs.

Essential Functions

• Lead and present training sessions in a professional and interactive manner by using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as one-on-one role-playing sessions, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures

• Track training process for newly hired employees to ensure they are completing all phases of the established curriculum, including reporting of new hire progress

• Maintain frequent communication with leaders on the training process, trainee progress, and shared expectations

• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment

• Analyze information collected during training, including assessments, routine feedback, surveys, performance observations to identify potential program revisions, improvements, and individual training needs

• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Strong presentation skills with experience in public speaking, group moderation and facilitating in both in-person and virtual environments

• Intermediate knowledge of training, including best practices

• Ability to think critically, solve problems and use sound judgment

• Ability to provide feedback and coaching to trainees

• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

• Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Education & Experience

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

• 1+ years of Retail Banking experience required

• Experience in learning effectiveness and trainer readiness preferred
