Position Overview
Xynergy Power is hiring 3–5 Regional Sales Directors across Hawaii to lead and grow our local solar sales operations.
This is a high-impact leadership role for experienced solar professionals who can manage a team and deliver large-scale installation results.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of proven solar sales experience in Hawaii, a strong understanding of the local market, and the leadership ability to manage and motivate a team of 5–10 sales professionals while achieving aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage a regional sales team of 5–10 representatives, achieving monthly and annual targets.
- Drive performance to reach at least 50 completed solar installations per month within your territory.
- Oversee daily sales operations, coaching, and performance optimization.
- Recruit and onboard new team members while maintaining high productivity standards.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing and operations teams to convert qualified leads into signed installations.
- Utilize a combination of door-to-door (D2D), digital advertising, and remote sales strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and develop tactical growth plans to expand market share across assigned regions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of solar sales experience in Hawaii (required).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding high-volume installation goals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of 5–10 sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of Hawaii's solar market, homeowner demographics, and local permitting processes.
- Experience with door-to-door canvassing, online advertising, or remote sales closing.
- Excellent leadership, motivational, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM systems, sales pipeline management, and digital collaboration tools.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (W-2 employment).
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Salary + Commission Structure
- Annual Target Income: $300,000 – $800,000+ (based on performance)

Hybrid structure – work remotely while managing on-the-ground sales operations and team performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $300, $950,000.00 per year
