Responsibilities

- Strong understanding of management practices related to operations optimization across diverse functions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate vision clearly and foster collaborative relationships at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in managing large teams and complex projects with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
