• Assistant Teacher (No CDA) — $13.50–$14.50


• Lead Teacher CDA — $15.50–$16.50


• Associate Degree — $16–$17


• Bachelor's Degree — $18–$19

Job Summary

We are hiring nurturing, dependable Early Childhood Teachers to join our Young Learners Classroom (ages 1–3).

Our center serves children 6 weeks to 10 years and provides a safe, warm, and structured learning environment.

Responsibilities

Create a calm, predictable learning environment

Support emotional, cognitive, and language development

Implement routines and age-appropriate activities

Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization

Communicate positively with families and team members

Follow licensing and Step Up To Quality guidelines

Qualifications

Assistant Teacher:

No CDA required

Experience preferred

Dependable and patient

Lead Teacher in Progress:

Must enroll in CDA immediately

Must complete monthly CDA progress goals

Lead Teacher:

CDA OR

Associate/Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field
