Full-Time & Part-Time Cleaners — Day & Night Shifts ($19–$22/hr)

Overview

We are looking for reliable Cleaning Specialists (Independent Contractors – 1099) to join our growing team.

You'll help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients across industrial and office facilities.

This is a shift-based, ongoing position — both day and night schedules are available. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning of floors, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all designated surfaces
  • Ensure restrooms and break areas are stocked with necessary supplies
  • Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with site guidelines
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
  • Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures at all times
  • Use provided eco-friendly cleaning products and company equipment responsibly

Requirements

  • Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required — paid training provided
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude toward teamwork
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift light loads during the shift
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential

Job Type & Pay

  • Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 30–40 per week (varies by shift)
