What We're Looking For

We are hiring experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaning professionals who meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience
  • Strong understanding of standard, deep, and move-out cleaning
  • Have your own cleaning supplies
  • Your own book of business (your own clients)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Commitment to high-quality work and following company procedures
  • Respectful and professional when interacting with us, our clients, and while in their homes

We do not tolerate poor communication, late arrivals, or lack of effort. You will be a direct reflection of our brand when on-site, and we expect every job to be done to a high standard.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years of residential cleaning experience
  • Must have a working smartphone and data
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Your own cleaning equipment and supplies (vacuum, mop, rags, surface-safe cleaners, etc.)
  • Ability to pass a background check

Compensation

  • Job Type: Contract (W-9)
  • Pay: $22 to $27 per hour based on experience, location, and performance
  • Paid within 72 hours

About Independent Contracting

As a 1099 contractor, you are in control of your schedule and earnings. You may also deduct business expenses to reduce your taxable income. We recommend speaking with a tax professional to understand the benefits and responsibilities.
