This is an **equity-first role**, giving you ownership from the start as part of the founding team. As SoundMarket grows and secures funding, this position will transition into a paid, full-time leadership role.

The Opportunity

We're looking for someone deeply connected in the creator space — a genuine connector who understands how to build lasting relationships with creators, agencies, and influencer networks.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage partnerships with creators, influencer agencies, and affiliate partners

  • Develop and scale SoundMarket's creator outreach and collaboration programs

  • Identify key influencers aligned with our brand and community

  • Work closely with leadership to design and execute creative growth initiatives

  • Track success metrics and optimize for results

  • Stay ahead of trends shaping the creator economy
