NOTE: This role is hybrid and requires 3 days a week onsite in our Walnut Creek office.

Supports the overall business strategy and corporate objectives by performing analysis used in identification of business needs to assist in determining solutions to business problems or processes.

Essential Functions

• With guidance from more experienced analysts, performs basic analytical activities including developing simple operational reports as well as interpreting current financial and business reports.

• Maintains the appropriate standard reports, models, and operating procedures.

• Documents existing policy, procedures, and processes and increases knowledge of unit deliverables

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Strong mathematical skills needed

• Has basic analytical and organizational skills

• Has basic business writing skills

• Has basic understanding of operational / product / financial concepts as they apply to business unit and AAA (preferred)

• Bilingual communication skills (preferred)

• Strong Excel and Tableau experience (preferred)

Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification

• Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 0 – 2 years experience conducting financial and/or business analysis

 

We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $74, Mid: $93, Max: $112,179.00
